We offer a pickup option at checkout from our Sydney location.
Please ensure you have been sent a confirmation of your order and notice that the order is ready for collection prior to coming instore. Please check our Store locations page for opening hours.
If you wish to pickup from our Melbourne location, either list this information in the notes of your order. Once we have confirmed that all stock is available, we will advise that the pickup can be made from this store instead. Alternatively, please contact the Melbourne store directly to arrange your pickup order.
The charge is based on the standard Australia Post service to New Zealand, approx. 4-14 business days. If you would like your order faster, we can quote prices from FedEx or DHL. If your order contains hazardous items, you will be advised that these have been removed or your order cancelled completely.
The recipient is responsible for all customs fees, including duty and taxes and additional border fees.
Large Items & Hazardous Goods
Items deemed as ‘Hazardous goods’ and or ‘Large items’ may incur an additional charge. These charges are calculated on an individual basis and will vary depending on the size and distance. You will be contacted about any extra charges once your order has been received. Please note - you will automatically be charged the standard shipping cost, staff will contact you via email if any additional charges are incurred.
All hazardous goods must be shipped with a courier.
* Hazardous Goods under 10mL can be sent via express post.
HAZARDOUS ITEMS cannot be shipped internationally, regardless of size.
We use different delivery carriers, dependant on the job at hand. This means that the risk of loss and title for items purchased at Scotty’s Make-up & Beauty pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Please double check that your shipping address is listed correctly before submitting your order. If the delivery details given to us are incorrect, thus affecting delivery, an additional delivery charge may be incurred.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers can only be used with items being sent via Australia Post. If your order is large or contains hazardous items, we cannot ship with Australia Post, and will require a physical address.
Orders will be processed and sent within 2 days of the order being received.
Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed next business day following.

We also close for 2 weeks over the Christmas & New Year period, all orders will be posted up until our closure date; any orders placed during our closure will be posted once we reopen.
We at Scotty's Makeup & Beauty offer a seven (7) day refund on all of our products. The product must not have been opened or used, and must be in resell able condition. If the product is received in a damaged condition - due to transport, please contact us to arrange return shipping at our expense at firstname.lastname@example.org. Images of the damage will be required.
If you believe there to be a fault in the product, we will first require images and will likely ask for the item to be returned to us for evaluation. We will then determine if the product is/is not faulty.
If the product is not defective and simply unwanted, we will accept a return providing the product is unused (within the 7 day period outlined) by issuing a refund or exchange. Return-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
No cash refunds.

Orders & Payments
It is important that you enter a contact number when placing your order, and that you all information enter is current and accurate.
During the checkout process, the ‘Bill-to’ information refers to the billing address to which your bank mails all statements/correspondence. This address must correspond with the address that your bank has on file. A customers ‘Bill-to’ address can vary to ones ‘Shipping Address’.

All new orders are subject to a verification procedure to protect against credit card fraud and identity theft. We at Scotty's Make-up & Beauty will get in touch with you via email or phone to verify that you're the card owner, as well as confirm that the shipping information provided is legitimate. This process may delay an order by a few days and generally requires a simple reply by email or call-back during business hours. This process is designed to protect the card owner as well as the retailer.
Gift Certificates issued online must be redeemed online. They are not for use in either the Sydney or Melbourne stores.
Cancelling Your Order
To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to email@example.com. If the order has not been shipped, the order will immediately be cancelled with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, the guidelines for an unwanted return will be followed (see refund policy above).
