A translucent condensation cure RTV silicone rubber suitable for creating SFX body parts, skins, props and replicating detailed surfaces. Being a tin cure silicone it can be used to mold 3D resin prints and clays that contain sulphur, it is advised to seal the surface with something like Crystal Kote beforehand.
Due to its soft shore 15A and low viscosity it is suitable for pouring and for use with highly undercut surfaces. Can be thinned further with silicone oil. It is recommended to vacuum degass before pouring. It is very quick curing at just 20min to 3 hours. The cure time can be accelerated by adjusting the catalyst amout or raising the temperature.
This is a mold making silicone and is not safe for use on skin or for contact with food. Primarily used for polyurethane and epoxy resins, waxes, plasters and cements.
Can be coloured with silicone pigments.
